Refund policy

*All Mother's Day Sale purchases are final.

We have a 14-day (2 weeks) return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please see below for details about non-returnable items and sale purchases.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase. 

To inquire about a return, please contact us at info@weroundshop.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. For non-warranty returns, the customers are liable for shipping fees. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right: whether by refund or replacement. Damages must be reported within 14 days after delivery. Please email us at info@weroundshop.com with the following: 

  • Your order number
  • Photo(s) of the item in concern
  • For damages, please include photos of the exterior shipment box 

Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada orders are a refund-only, no replacement policy.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Promotional sale item returns are valid for store credit only, with the exception of the following:

  • Mother's Day Sale items are final sale — not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Holiday ornaments are final sale.
  • Clearance items are final sale.
  • Warehouse Sale items are final sale.

Price adjustment on items purchased at original price can only be honored within 5 days of purchase.  


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If received in good condition and approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (or via store credit for applicable sale purchases). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. The original shipping fee of your order is not refundable. 

 

Lost package
As all of our shipments are insured, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. It is the responsibility of the customer to directly file a claim with UPS or USPS should there be any issues with the delivery. 

We require that you select a secure delivery address and preferably one where someone is able to receive your package directly. 

 

Wrong address 
If you have entered the wrong shipping address on your order, the responsibility is with the customer to locate their package. Please note that if your items are being shipped back to us, you will be responsible for any re-shipping charges. If you do not wish to have the order re-shipped to you, you will be issued a refund less the initial shipment charge.
